Team 80/3 is a heartbeat in nature and creation - organic. Comprised of professionals and clients who are like-minded and like-hearted with the same ONE mission statement: to create TRUE wealth and eliminate TRUE poverty: intellectual, financial and spiritual.

Two of the founders had been working off a business model of giving; giving their time, energy and resources while being compensated only by the fees of a loan. Four years have told them in no uncertain terms that they were 'giving fish' as opposed to teaching the clients 'how to fish' therefore enabling vs. empowering. If the clients weren't committed to their future, why should they be? The phrase 'working hard versus working smart' was never truer.

We want to get America back to what made it great, people who were victors and not victims; who held themselves accountable not only for their decisions but also for their actions. A country where we stop living in fear and ignorance and empower each other with an abundance mentality; knowing that there is more than enough to go around.

We want people who come in contact with us to experience their OG!M. It's the natural, built-in human indicator that you are doing - or about to do - something truly significant and you are - rightfully so - scared out of your mind.
