Real Estate Acquisition. What does that mean... to me... to you... to others? Why would a person purchase a house? To live in? An apartment can accomplish that. To own a home? A family can accomplish that. One should purchase a house as a first step to building their wealth, their retirement. It's an amazing thing to see people everywhere who are buying their first house without a plan. If you are doing something without a plan, then you are ultimately planning to fail.

Become An Educated Investor

The number of foreclosures is at an all time high because of a lack of planning, lack of credit and lack of income. The average homebuyer, most of whom lack fiscal literacy are relying on institutions such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, whose interests are their own, to dictate how to and what to concerning their biggest assets. The average homebuyer who never learned how to utilize the income they made and the credit made available are now losing their assets by way of short sales, foreclosures, lease option, and REO. With the proper education, you can learn how to acquire real estate using other people’s money as well as other people’s credit.

The educated investor who is well versed in short sales, foreclosures and REO is positioned today, especially one who knows how to leverage credit, to generate a tremendous amount of passive income by way of real estate acquisition. Our main goal is to take that person who was once a homebuyer and teach them how to become a homebuyer again, but more importantly an investor. If you aren’t learning how to leverage credit to generate passive income by way of short sales, foreclosures and REO over the next three years, then you only have yourself to blame. When the market corrects itself, and it will, you will want to be an investor and a business owner.
